When Jesus asked the folks in Caesarea Philippi this question, people said, ” some say John the Baptist, others say Elijah, still others say, Jeremiah, or one of the prophets”. But what about you, He asked, “Who do you say that I am?”Simon Peter answered, You are the Christ, the Son of the Living God. Jesus replied, “blessed are you Simon Son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by man, but by my Father in heaven. And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church and the gates of hell shall not will not overcome it. I will give you the keys to the kingdom of heaven, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. Then He warned them not to tell anyone that He was Christ. It was not the time or the place for this to be revealed. Many wonder during this season , who is He really? Men continue to ask these same questions, and many have different opinions on who He is. When the time and circumstances are right, then God the Father will reveal it to each one- who He really is. We often wonder, who we are and make a mistake by asking others this same question, who do you say that I am? Let God reveal it to you, and you won’t become confused by all the other responses that men will say…for what men say is not at all important.. compared… to what our Father in Heaven says. I hope that you draw closer to Him and who He is this season! Merry Christmas!

Margueritaville
Life goes so quickly that it does seem like a vapor…disappearing in the wind. It seems like the business of life keeps the days hidden sweetly… in surrender to the drive to get through another grueling schedule. One day you wake up and ask yourself …how did I get here? Where has the past gone? You start thinking of the old days when you were young. These were days that in your mind were never going to end. When you are young everything is either black or it’s white. You think that things will always be there at your disposal…as if the things that you count on will always be there. The hope for anything is at your fingertips…the day may come when you ask…when did things change?? Where was I ?…Was I too busy to see…to know what I was missing? Or did I miss anything? It’s like water over the damn…once it is over…it is difficult to distinguish which part was the stream and which was the pool it fell into. The most important thing is to live life to the fullest…be happy…love a lot…touch someone else and laugh often. Inspired by Jo.

Be Thankful!!!
Sometimes we get so fixed on the things that happen around us that we do not see how many good things we have right in front of us!! People worry about the future and look over their shoulder at the past….not even aware that the sun has set in front of them or that a new day is a gift that they are granted….that some people may never get to see again. Each moment almost seems as if borrowed and when we are not able to see the good things we cease to be thankful…it’s like we are not aware how fortunate we are in light of the man who has no more tomorrows on this earth. Find reasons in your life to truly embrace being thankful this holiday season…and spread your gratitude to others!!! Happy Thanksgiving!!

Heat Of The Fire
When the heat is turned up on our circumstances, that is when the true colors come out of people. People are just human, very imperfect. When squeezed a lot the worst that is inside of them will come pouring out. We need to keep a learning attitude. When those days come along we need to clean ourselves up of all the impurities, grieve the pain and loss, let go of those things that are trying to rob us, and move forward. Sometimes the pain seems too hard to bear.We need to spot those things that are hidden inside of us and allow that stuff to be purged from us. We choose to forgive and it will bring us farther ahead in our walk than we ever were. No turning back.
