“Be strengthened with all power according to His glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience.” Colossians 1:11
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Galatians 6:9
” You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what He has promised.” Hebrews 10:36
2 Corinthians 10:4 ” The weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but have divine power to demolish strongholds,”
So much of our lives we wear ourselves down because we do not just sit back and trust GOD. He has all the power, and strength that we will ever need. Our battles are not in the flesh, not physical or worldly. Paul writes that these weapons are divinely powerful, capable of demolishing “strong holds”, which are patterns of thoughts, false beliefs, or arguments that oppose God’s knowledge. Including sinful habits and arguments that oppose the truth. There is so much of that going on today! God’s word also says that by obedience to the word of God, we can destroy these things that want to destroy us!
“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of His might.” Ephesians 6:10
Just 1 of God’s angels alone destroyed 185,000 Assyrian men. ( 2 Kings 19:35) We know that we can ask God to send His angels and of course it is God’s power that they manifest because He allows it.
Call on the name of the Lord today! He died to redeem us of all sin and He rose again so that we all may be set free and live forever with Him in eternity! Just say- Lord I need a savior, I believe that you do love me enough to take my punishment, cleanse me of all sin, come into my life and be Lord of my life. Holy Spirit, please fill me afresh with your power, teach me how to follow closely to God and His word in Jesus’ name, Amen!
Be strengthened today!
